Here comes the nut variant to chocolate crossies: The crisps of chocolate and almonds are prepared in no time and are always well received, so they end up year after year on my cookie plate.
?Ingredients
- 300 g whole milk chocolate
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 150 g almond sticks
- 30 g finely chopped lemon
- 100 g raisins
- rum

- It is best to put the raisins overnight in rum so that they can be soaked.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath and allow to cool briefly.
- Then put the almond sticks and finely chopped lemon in the liquid chocolate.
- Finally, drain the raisins in a sieve and pour into the chocolate mixture.
- Use a spoon to cut small piles from the mass and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cool the clumps and let them solidify completely. Finished!
