Chocolate almond Knusperhäufchen

Here comes the nut variant to chocolate crossies: The crisps of chocolate and almonds are prepared in no time and are always well received, so they end up year after year on my cookie plate.

?Ingredients

  • 300 g whole milk chocolate
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g almond sticks
  • 30 g finely chopped lemon
  • 100 g raisins
  • rum

preparation

  1. It is best to put the raisins overnight in rum so that they can be soaked.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and allow to cool briefly.
  3. Then put the almond sticks and finely chopped lemon in the liquid chocolate.
  4. Finally, drain the raisins in a sieve and pour into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Use a spoon to cut small piles from the mass and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cool the clumps and let them solidify completely. Finished!
