Chocolate Mocha Beans

Ingredients for about 70 pieces

100g flour, 100g cornflour, 100g icing sugar, 50g real cocoa (no instant!), 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 egg yolk, 175g margarine to make a dough.
Dissolve 2 tsp of soluble coffee in 1 tbsp of hot water and mix. If you do not have coffee, you can simply mix 2 teaspoons of cappuccino powder under the dough. Cool for 1 hour.

So, now form the dough to elongated about 2 cm large coffee beans. It is best to press a little flat with the back of the knife. Then with the same in the middle of a notch press. Bake the cookies at about 160 degrees for about 13-15 minutes. Since the dough is dark, check it out more often.

After cooling, either dip half in dark chocolate or sprinkle with white chocolate.
