Chocolate stars - Christmas sweets (without baking)

If you take a cookie cutter in child size, you get about 60 pieces.

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 300 g of finely ground hazelnuts, also goes with other nuts or almonds
  • 150 g of powdered sugar
  • 8 tablespoons of kirsch

Finely chop the chocolate (with nutmeg or parmesan grater) and knead with the other ingredients. Add a little water if the mass is too friable.

Roll out between cling film or baking paper (approx. 5 mm thick) and cut out starlets. Decorate the surface of the starlets with chopped nuts (especially nice are pistachios) and leave the starlets to dry in the refrigerator for a day. DELICIOUS!
