Christmas chocolate almond macaroons

I have already imitated some of the cookie recipes published here, now I would like to tell you a very delicious:

ingredients

  • 300 g of sliced ​​almonds
  • 150 g + 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 4 egg whites
  • 150 g dark raspberry chocolate
  • 1 pr. Salt
  • 1 / 2-1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 good msp coriander

preparation

Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar with 2 tablespoons of water. Put the almonds in a large non-stick pan and add the sugar-water mixture. Toast the almonds with constant turning. Let cool down.

Beat the 4 egg whites very stiff, salt, sugar and spices drunterrühren. Carefully fold in the cooled almonds.


With 2 teaspoons small piles put on a baking sheet (with baking paper). Allow to dry at room temperature for 1-2 hours.

Then bake at 150 ° for about 20 minutes, doing a potholder o.ä. in the oven door, so that the moisture can escape.

They are really tasty the next day, who likes it, can also add some ginger.
