Shortbread biscuits
Today I'll tell you my biscuit recipe, originally for the best, namely, my mother-in-law!
ingredients
- 625g butter
- 500g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250g grated almonds or hazelnuts
- Mark a vanilla pod
- 1 kg of flour
Make a kneading dough from these ingredients and chill for 1 hour.
Then turn in portions through the meat grinder with cookie attachment. I mostly shape bars or rings. Bake on baking paper with baking paper for approx. 10 minutes at 180 degrees O / U heat.
After cooling, either sprinkle with chocolate or dip half, or so myss likes, decorated with icing sugar and sugar sprinkles.
