Chutney with onion, paprika and apples

Onion and pepper apple chutney:
ingredients
- 4 onions
- 2 apples
- 125 g cane sugar
- 150 g raisins
- 2 Pepperoni
- salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 cloves
- 1 tsp mustard
- 375 ml light vinegar
- 2 green, yellow and red peppers each
preparation
- Prepare vegetables and apples, cut into small pieces.
- Onions, apples, peeled hot peppers, spices and vinegar, cook for 25 minutes in an open pan.
- Add chopped peppers and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Put the chutney into glasses while still hot and close immediately.
- Stable in the fridge for about 4 weeks.
- Goes well with salads, rice and vegetable dishes.
