Chutney with onion, paprika and apples

Onion and pepper apple chutney:

ingredients

  • 4 onions
  • 2 apples
  • 125 g cane sugar
  • 150 g raisins
  • 2 Pepperoni
  • salt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 375 ml light vinegar
  • 2 green, yellow and red peppers each

preparation

  1. Prepare vegetables and apples, cut into small pieces.
  2. Onions, apples, peeled hot peppers, spices and vinegar, cook for 25 minutes in an open pan.
  3. Add chopped peppers and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  4. Put the chutney into glasses while still hot and close immediately.
  5. Stable in the fridge for about 4 weeks.
  6. Goes well with salads, rice and vegetable dishes.
