Clean scissors from glue residues
Anyone who has ever cut with a pair of scissors insulating tape, carpet tape or the like, knows that the scissors then for barely anything to use, because stick adhesive on the cutting edge and no precise cutting more possible.
Simply dab the edge with the adhesive side of some insulating or fabric tape after the last cut: the glue remains sticking to the fabric tape and not to the scissors. The cutting edge is then clean again and can also cut precisely again.
