Yoghurt fruit ice cream

This yoghurt fruit ice cream is super fast and delicious.

ingredients

  • 200 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 500 g of fruits (for example strawberries)
  • 30 g of sugar (I prefer stevia)
  • who wants something whipped (tip!)

preparation

Mix everything / puree and simply fill in the ice molds and place in the freezer.

If the molds are not easily peeled off afterwards, just let hot water run over them.

I think it's a super delicious and healthy alternative to traditional ice cream!
