Homemade ice bomb

I checked, but this ice bomb is not here at FM yet. It is a super delicious ice cream, all have licked the fingers and the bowl.

500 g of fresh raspberries
250 g powdered sugar
1/4 L cream
250 g curds
3 tablespoons lemon

The raspberries are pureed and mixed with half of the icing sugar, then the cottage cheese is added.


Beat the cream with the rest of the icing sugar and add the lemon.

This is the calorie-reduced version, whoever wants it more bombastic, takes 1/2 L of cream and no quark.

Carefully put the mixture together and mix, coat a bowl with oil and then pour the whole mixture into the freezer. Oil because the bomb should be overthrown.

It just has to be stirred again and again, I stirred it once every hour.

If you've done that three times, it's enough. The frosty time is about 4 - 5 hours. Now you can topple it as ice, or leave it in the bowl as a "weed dessert" and just enjoy it. If you want you can still add whipped cream.
