Ice cream - as a quick dessert
Who does not know that: Guests come unannounced to visit. Luckily, you can still conjure up something to eat. But what about dessert? Freezer on and continue to conjure.
You need this:
500g TK wild berry mixture
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
some milk or cream
Preparation is very quick and easy: In a tall container, you tilt the frozen (not thawed) berries, add the icing sugar (more or less depending on your taste) and about 1 tablespoon of milk or cream.
Mix the whole with the blender quickly to a firm porridge and form with 2 tablespoons nice dumplings. This also fits custard or pudding or cream.
Serve and consume the "ice cream" immediately. It is not meant for freezing. Does not taste then.
