Low-calorie breakfast - buttermilk banana shake

Very tasty and low in calories - ideal as an easy start to the day or in between just to enjoy:

On a cup (500 g) of buttermilk I take two medium bananas (which you can vary depending on your taste).

Break the bananas slightly, work them all together in a tall beaker and with the blender until no more banana pieces are noticeable.


Then pour into glasses (gives about 2 glasses) and - now the trick - dust with some cinnamon and enjoy.

The drink tastes a bit more acidic with the buttermilk than with normal milk, but this makes it especially suitable for refreshments in summer - without a guilty conscience because of the bikini figure!

The whole thing is of course also with other fruit of the season - but then possibly without the cinnamon.
