Homemade chocolate ice cream
My little son wanted to make some ice cream today, I had the ingredients at home, so it could start. And the result has become really tasty.
Ingredients: 100 ml whipped cream, 200 ml milk, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 vanilla sugar and 3 tbsp dark cocoa.
All the ingredients we put in a shaker and shaken until sugar and cocoa dissolved. The mixture was then filled into a flat freezer and deep-frozen. Every 2 hours, I vigorously stirred the whole thing with a spoon, so that no large ice crystals form.
Have tried before, tastes really delicious. The next time I'll add some chopped chocolate, I think even better.
