Apple ice cream - a real hit in any season
We all love apple ice cream. It's easy, try it out. You need:
500 g of sour apples
250 ml apple juice
Juice from a lemon
50 g of sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Peel apples, core them and cut into pieces
Simmer all ingredients in a pot for 5 minutes
Take out cinnamon and purify everything
Freeze in the freezer and stir occasionally or if you have an ice machine, then do it in there.
The whole thing looks funny when you erode an apple and serve the frozen ice mass in it. Have fun!
