cotton cake
Dough:
4 eggs
1 cup of oil
3 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of sour cream
1 packet of baking soda
Stir well and bake at 175 degrees golden brown, let cool.
For the covering:
Boil 1 sachet of vanilla pudding, add 150g of butter and 50g of coconut oil to the hot pudding and sprinkle with the baked cake.
Finally, brown 150g, butter, 150g sugar and 200g grated coconut in a pan and spread on the pudding.
Let it cool and eat. Enough for a tin!
