Sugar cake (mug cake)

Preparation time: 10 min.
Cooking or baking time: 30 min.
Total preparation time: 40 min.

This sugar cake goes very fast.

ingredients

  • 1 cup of whipped cream (250 or 200 ml)
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 pck of baking soda
  • 125 g of butter
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of milk

It is best to get a clean, empty cream cup, otherwise you have to wash the used well.

preparation

  1. It is important that you give the 1st ingredients exactly in the order in a bowl! Otherwise the cake will not work! (I tried it!)
  2. When everything is in the bowl, stir briefly with the hand mixer into a dough and spread on a tray lined with baking paper (drip pan!). Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
  3. In the meantime, melt the butter in a saucepan, do not brown! Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves (becomes frothy). Pour the milk into a small cup first, then add to the mixture and stir.
  4. Remove the cake from the oven after the time (it does not collapse) and apply the mass. Then bake for another 15 minutes.
