Creamed spinach with smoked ham cubes and onions
So, the recipe is now really "publishable"! My dear neighbor has given me the recipe recently and it really tastes super delicious!
Recipe for ca.3-4 pers.
* 250g cubed, smoked ham, sauté in the pot with a tiny bit of oil
* 1-2 onions, sauté until they are glassy
* add approx. 750g frozen creamed spinach, simmer gently on medium heat
* season with a little salt, pepper, nutmeg.
According to my neighbor, a little condensed milk is added. But we tried 1 cup of Creme Fraiche and could not stop eating; o)
