Delicious Christmas cheese curls

  • 500g flour
  • 1 p baking powder
  • 175 g of cold butter

Mix the flour in a mixing bowl with baking powder. Cut the butter into pieces and chop it into the flour with the dough card.

  • 200 g of sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanielle sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 Msp. Cinnamon, ground
  • 1 Msp. Cardamom, ground
  • 1 Msp. Mace, ground
  • grated peel of a lemon
  • 100 g of leafy almonds
  • 100 g chopped almonds
  • 50 g raisins
  • 100 g of citron
  • 250 g curds
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 2 eggs

Add the ingredients in turn to the flour-butter mixture. Knead well with the dough hook of the hand mixer.

Lastly, use your hands to form a smooth dough.


Stollen easily formed:

Roll out the dough into a rectangle and beat each other along the typical stollen shape. Bake in the preheated tube.

The stollen bakes better when you pay attention to a flat shape when molding.

After baking:


Melt 75 g of butter and brush with the baked lumps.

Thick with icing sugar.

Baking time 1 1/2 hours on 2nd plate, 180 ° C upper under heat.
