Delicious leftover food - fried rice

If you have cooked too much rice, you can cook the following delicious dish with the rest:
ingredients
- cooked rice
- 1 onion
- 3-4 eggs
- Soy sauce
- as desired Sambal Oelek

Halve the onion first, then cut into slices. Beat the eggs and stir. Fry the onion slices, add the eggs and roast like scrambled eggs. Take everything from the pan, put the rice in the pan and fry hot. Now add the scrambled egg and onion mixture to the fried rice, mix and fry for a short time. Now add soy sauce, amount to taste. Sauté briefly again. Finished!
If you like it very spicy, you can add some Sambal Oelek. You can take any rice for it, I personally like basmati rice and usually cook more, so I can make this tasty dish with it.
