  3. Remove from the oven and beat 3 egg whites with 3 tablespoons of sugar until stiff and spread on the cake, bake for another 15 minutes, still at 160 ° C.
  4. After the baking time, the cake is not quite solid, it stops when it cools down, only now the angel droplets are formed.
