Angel droplets cake

ingredients
For the dough
- 65 g of butter
- 75 g of sugar
- 1 egg (complete - but without shell)

For the filling

- 1 pck cream custard powder
- 3 egg yolk (protein is needed later!)
- 150 g of sugar

- 1/2 cup cooking oil
preparation
- Mix everything well and distribute in the form.
- At 160 ° C. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and beat 3 egg whites with 3 tablespoons of sugar until stiff and spread on the cake, bake for another 15 minutes, still at 160 ° C.
- After the baking time, the cake is not quite solid, it stops when it cools down, only now the angel droplets are formed.
