Today I would like to introduce you to a lasagna, as I often do. It is a very simple but delicious recipe that is also great for beginners.

ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • lasagna plates
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 250 g of quark
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 140 g tomato paste (2 small doses)
  • 500 ml of warm vegetable stock
  • 300 g of cheese (I mix Emmentaler and mozzarella mixed)
  • Spices of your choice (I take salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne and herbs of Provence)
  • If you like it a little sweeter, take another shot of honey or a little sugar

preparation

  1. First, the onion and garlic are finely cleaned and finely chopped. During this time it is best to cook the vegetable broth (boil 500 ml of water and add some broth powder, cube or vegetable broth paste). When the broth is ready, turn off the heat and add the tomato paste and stir well.
  2. Then heat a pan with a little oil and fry the minced meat in it, then add the onion and garlic and season to taste. Pour in the sauce and add half a cup of cream. Now try again, if the sauce is seasoned well enough, then go to the layers.
  3. If you want, you can grease the shape. First, add a little of the minced meat (not too thick) and spread it evenly, then add 4-5 teaspoons of the quark in blobs and then a layer of plates. If you like, you can also sprinkle a wafer-thin layer of cheese inside (hack, quark, cheese, platters). The whole thing is repeated until the minced meat is used up.
  4. At the top must be plates! Now sprinkle the cheese over the top and pour over the cream that is left over.
  5. If you like, you can of course also add vegetables to the sauce, which is up to you. Then just add some of the desired vegetables after sautéing the minced meat with onions and garlic.
  6. Finally, the whole thing at about 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes in the oven.

(On my gas stove, I put it up to level 2 and about 10 minutes before the end of the 3, but beware, every gas stove is different!)
