The pasta casserole is very easy to prepare, is suitable for the remaining use of any vegetables and tastes wonderful.
What do you do when you have cooked a little too much of everything and
- cauliflower
- broccoli
- noodles
left? Of course, a casserole.
This recipe is not new, but many cook beginners do not know what to do with leftovers. It's so easy to put together a quick meal.
Ingredients that can vary in the vegetables but also quite:
- Broccoli and cauliflower
- 1 onion
- Pasta in any shape, color and texture (here colorful pasta)
- 500 g minced meat (mixed or beef)
- 1 pack brunch (variety as desired: chili, herbs)
- 2 eggs
- some cream or condensed milk
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan
- grated cheese
?Preparation
- First, the minced meat is sautéed in the pan with the chopped onion, salt, pepper (as you like, either fry crumbly or with slightly larger pieces).
- Towards the end of the roasting time comes a pack of brunch or a similar spread cheese variety.
- On a low flame, it is simmered with stirring until it has dissolved.
- The noodles come in a casserole dish and the already cooked vegetables are added. Now comes the pan content.
- The 2 eggs are whipped up with a good dose of condensed milk, nutmeg, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. This mass comes over the ingredients in the casserole dish and mix the entire contents well together.
- Finally, grated Parmesan is added over the casserole and maybe if you like it a bit crunchier - grated cheese.
Since all ingredients are already cooked / fried, the casserole in the oven only needs the grill function until the surface is browned.
Good Appetite!
