Delicious vegetable fried dumplings
For these meatless patties can be very good use a vegetable test.
All you need is:
- about 250 g of any pre-steamed vegetables
- about 65 g of oatmeal
- 5 tbsp water
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- salt
- Pepper or paprika
- grated bread
- cooking fat
preparation
The vegetables must first be chopped up (vegetable slicer or meat grinder). The oatmeal is soaked in the water. These are then mixed together with the egg, the vegetables and finely chopped onion and seasoned with the spices.
From the resulting mass now flat patties are formed and turned in grated bread. Now they are fried only in hot fat from both sides golden brown.
