Diving goggles clean with toothpaste
Recently stayed at the Red Sea, Sharm el-Sheikh (Egypt) for diving vacation. I had to get a new pair of goggles there. A diving instructor gave me tip because the glasses with cheap toothpaste really fat einzutriben - even the glass - to stand overnight and then with detergent in my case a little shampoo in lukewarm water and thus wash everything again. The rubber was much smoother and softer than before. I tried the whole thing again with an old scuba and it was almost like new.
