Dried apple pieces in white chocolate

Wellness snack "baked apple".

One apple a day is as valuable as - no, no small steak - much better! An apple is a small pharmacy. If your own apple crop is used up, you can still "snack" in winter.

Maybe you have dried apple rings yourself? If not, not bad, you can buy it too.

preparation

  1. While I melt 250 g of white block chocolate in the pot, I cut 500 g of dried apple rings into cubes (well, or something like that).
  2. Caution, do not forget to stir the chocolate in between. When the chocolate is dissolved, mix 2 teaspoons of cinnamon with it (or 3 teaspoons, to taste). Then you pick up your apple pieces until everything is covered in chocolate.
  3. Depending on how much chocolate is still unused on the bottom of the pot, you can add cornflakes, so that everything is covered with chocolate and the whole chocolate is used. We do not want to let anything perish.
  4. The mass is distributed evenly on a baking paper and cooled down in the refrigerator. Then the chocolate cubes are broken to the desired size and it can be feasted.
