I had once baked a Eierlikörtorte and could do nothing with the rest of the liqueur, which does not like us.
So I bought white couverture (probably also normal white chocolate), melted in a bain-marie, eggnog and ground almonds, cool the whole thing well and then form balls.
You can roll them in chopped almonds or in coconut flakes.
Fast and easy, also good as a gift! Heavenly delicious, but a calorie bomb ...
- 200 g of couverture
- about 100 ml of eggnog
- 200 g of ground almonds
- Chopped almonds or grated coconut for decoration
