Sugar-free waffles with banana and quark

Here is a low-calorie, sugar-free waffle recipe with banana, which I would like to introduce you. Maybe the recipe is interesting for one or the other.

Ingredients (8 waffles)

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of lean quark
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 120 g wheat flour
  • 120 ml of milk (1.5% fat)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 45 g Lätta Extra Fit 28% fat
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 vanilla pod (the mark)
  • 1 tsp oil (for the waffle iron)

preparation

  1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with salt.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients to a smooth dough, fold the egg whites carefully.
  3. Preheat the waffle iron and brush with oil then bake the waffles individually.

I have calculated the baking time in total. For each waffle the iron takes about 2 minutes.
