Sugar-free waffles with banana and quark

Here is a low-calorie, sugar-free waffle recipe with banana, which I would like to introduce you. Maybe the recipe is interesting for one or the other.
Ingredients (8 waffles)
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of lean quark
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 120 g wheat flour
- 120 ml of milk (1.5% fat)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 45 g Lätta Extra Fit 28% fat
- 1 small banana
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 vanilla pod (the mark)
- 1 tsp oil (for the waffle iron)
preparation
- Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with salt.
- Mix the remaining ingredients to a smooth dough, fold the egg whites carefully.
- Preheat the waffle iron and brush with oil then bake the waffles individually.
I have calculated the baking time in total. For each waffle the iron takes about 2 minutes.
