Dry nose with mask ventilation
So you can counteract a dry nose by mask ventilation. I am suffering sleep apnea and therefore, when sleeping, wear a mask on the nose, which is connected to a small compressor (C-PAP), which works with overpressure.
Actually, one should use a humidifier with a sensitive nose, which moistens the air by means of evaporation. Since I could not handle it at all, I constantly had problems with the nasal mucosa. This dried in part so strong that I woke up from the tension pain. I searched for a solution for a long time and then found one.
In the pharmacy you get atomizer bottles with an orange / lemon nasal oil mixture. The vials have 15 ml content and last about 2 - 3 weeks. Since I use this oil, I have no more problems. Can only recommend it.
