Ham mushroom croustade

As a starter, as a snack, with a salad a small dinner - a ham mushroom croustade is versatile and easy to produce:
ingredients
- 1 packet of puff pastry (TK)
- 200 g cooked ham
- 200 g mushrooms
- 100 g of grated Emmentaler
- 1/4 L cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp butter
- Salt & pepper
preparation
- Lubricate a 26er Springform and line with the puff pastry, pull up an edge.
- Slice the mushrooms leafy (not so thin) and fry in butter for a short and lightly, cut the ham into strips and mix both with the Emmentaler and pour over the dough sheet.
- Beat the cream with the eggs and with salt, pepper and pour over.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes at 200 degrees, not to darken.
