Dutch Milk Reistorte

Ingredients for a cake:

  • 2 packs of "rice-fit" "simply-delicious" rice pudding
  • 0.4 l of milk
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp. Custard powder
  • 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 15 g dry yeast
  • 20 g of butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 dl warm milk
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • Cream and chocolate grated

preparation

2 pack. Cook rice pudding with 0.4 l milk according to the package instructions. Add 200 g sugar and cook, dissolve custard powder with 1 tbsp milk and pour to the boiling rice pudding. Stir and boil for one minute, then allow to cool.

For the dough, yeast, stir with 4 tablespoons milk and 1 tablespoon sugar, let stand for 15 minutes. Then mix the flour, butter, egg and salt and the warm milk with the yeast. Cover everything for about 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Roll out the dough, shape it and prick the ground several times with the fork. Place the egg yolks and liqueur under the rice pudding. Spread the rice over the dough. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven. Allow to cool and season with cream and chocolate grated.
