Here's a recipe for a bottomless quark, from my grandma. Goes very fast and tastes really delicious:
ingredients
- 2 pounds of quark
- 250 g of margarine
- 250 g of sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp starch
- 2 tablespoons gries
- Semmelmehl + margarine for the cake form
preparation
- Separate the eggs. Beat egg whites and vanilla sugar with egg yolks.
- Pour the remaining ingredients together and mix well.
- Fold in the egg whites.
- Grease the shape and swirl with breadcrumbs.
- Now only the dough in the form and off in the oven.
- Bake at 180 ° C for about 1 hour.
- Then remove the cake from the edge and let it cool for about 2 hours.
