In the Saarland you make eggs, milk and flour "Eierschmeer", which you eat on bread. The recipe is similar, but comes from France: Boil half a liter of milk, let the milk cool briefly, add 60g of flour and 6 whipped eggs and also ham cubes, season with salt and pepper and bake in the oven at approx 250 degrees.
A little tip: The best way to stir the flour with a portion of the milk, so that nothing clumps.
