Egg Fricasse

Delicious really and goes fast.

So we are 3 persons:

  • 7 eggs
  • 1 glass of mushrooms
  • 1 glass of asparagus
  • margarine
  • Flour
  • Pepper, salt and lemon juice
  • possibly milk

preparation

Cook the eggs hard. When finished peel and quarter. Make a roux with the flour and the Magarine. And stir in the water from the mushrooms and asparagus in the roux. If the sauce is still too thick, dilute with milk. Chop asparagus and add the mushrooms and eggs to the sauce. Now only with pepper, lemon juice and salt to taste. Rice tastes very good.
