Enchilada's recipe

Total preparation time: 45 min.

Ingredients for delicious enchiladas:

  • 1 pack of small wheat tortillas
  • 1 pack (about 400 to 500 ml) of passed tomatoes
  • 400 g of minced meat (I usually take beef or mixed)
  • 1-2 medium onions (according to taste)
  • 1 small tin of corn
  • 1 pepper
  • Spices of your choice (salt, pepper, chilli and whatever else you like)
  • some cheese for baking
  • Oil for frying

preparation

First, clean the onion and pepper and cut into cubes. Prepare all other ingredients, including allowing the corn to drain.

Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion pieces. Then the peppers, and a bit later the minced meat. Fry as long and stir until it is nice crumbly. Season in between. Now all you have to do is add the corn and the tomatoes and it's best to add some more flavor.

Next, only the tortillas have to be filled. Add about 2 tablespoons of stuffing to the tortillas and roll them all together. The pages can remain open, it is important, above all, that the enchiladas do not roll up again or fill out. The whole comes in a casserole dish, cheese over it and in the oven - circulating air at about 180 degrees until the cheese is melted.

The whole thing can of course vary easily, I've been out of trouble sometimes peas drangetan because nothing else was there.
