Extra care for the neck: warm oil wraps
In winter, the already sensitive skin on the neck is often strained by wearing scarves. A warm one oil wrap is doing well:
Heat gently 3 teaspoons of oil (for example, sunflower or olive oil). The small dish on the heater is usually sufficient. Add 3 teaspoons honey and apply best with a brush on the neck.
First, wrap a cotton kitchen towel moistened with lukewarm water and then wrap a dry terry towel. Leave for 30 minutes and then wash off the leftovers.
