Fast, delicious butter cake

Ingredients and preparation

  • 250 g flour
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking soda
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 kl. Cup of sour cream

Whisk these ingredients together, spread on a greased or lined with baking paper and bake at ambient air 190 ° C for 10 min.

In the meantime:

  • Melt 150 g butter
  • Add 200 g almond flakes
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 2 Table spoons of milk

Remove the tin from the oven and pour the mixture onto the dough. Then bake again in the oven and at the same temperature for another 10 - 15 minutes (depending on the browning of the almonds).

The cake can be frozen very well and tastes like freshly baked after thawing.
