Fiery "leftover soup"

I came home from work the other day and did not know what to cook ... Looking in the fridge ... I saw some shriveled carrots, half a red pepper and 5 small vine tomatoes ... It was cold outside, so do a hot soup well ... put a saucepan on the stove, pour in half a liter of water and everything is snipped:

2 carrots
1/2 red pepper
5 small vine tomatoes
1 onion
1 piece of ginger-peeled and squeezed through the garlic press
1 dried chili pepper
2 tsp chicken broth
2 tbsp barley barley

I let the whole simmer for about half an hour and then drove with the Pürrierstab through the soup ... came out is a delicious creamy soup, which had it from the sharpness pretty good in me ... I was immediately warm to the heart ... also from the color a feast for the eyes.

The food was just too good for me to throw away ... and maybe I made you hungry ...
