Fill cannelloni - fast, clean & easy
Cannelloni are delicious, but they also do a lot of work until you know how to do it.
I put the empty pasta tubes tightly in a pot, so many that they can not fall over. Then I fill them in turn with a pastry syringe with relatively thick Füllspitze. Then I put the pot on the side and can remove the filled rolls, without the filling will fall out again. This way, larger quantities can be produced super fast.
