Freeze liquids: with glasses and sandwich bags

I freeze bone soup or broth in portions by lining glasses of appropriate size with sandwich bags (although I also reduce my use of disposable goods - for some they are needed anyway - and these small bags are practically handy in the household) and the Fill in the liquid. Then I close the bags. After one day, when the liquid is solid, I can loosen it from the jars. If I want to defrost them, I put the frozen soup without bag in such a glass and let it thaw.

I use old plastic drinking glasses for that, which hold about 200 ml.
