Fried potato with egg

A simple recipe for every day or for your guests.

This is how it's done:

So first prepare about 1 kg of potatoes, wash well and then dry.


You cut the potatoes into strips about 1 cm wide and place them in a fireproof baking pan. The best ones are made of glass, round or square.

To prepare, when the potatoes are in the baking dish, season with salt and mix well with each other, then add oil, no matter what, what you like best. Stir the potatoes well with your hands and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

Meanwhile, you smash 5 to 6 eggs to taste, I personally give the chopped eggs chives.


If you like about 80 - 100 grams of parmesan grated or if you like 150 grams of cream or sour cream or creamer or milk.

Do not spice it up, it will be too salty and it will not taste really good.

After 45 minutes, remove the baking pan from the oven and distribute the egg mixture evenly over the potatoes and place it in the oven for another 15 - 20 minutes.
