Gag reflex against sore throat

This tip comes from my old yoga teacher. Although it costs a bit of overcame initially, but helps excellent. At least with me: I used to have at least once a year a thick tonsillitis! Since then never again.

So: At the first approach of sore throat you touch with the stem of a toothbrush or a spoon (if necessary, even a finger), the tongue so far back in the throat that you have to choke. Attention, choke ONLY, do NOT vomit immediately! (One of the participants in the yoga class remembered her laboriously overburdened bulimia time and said, that would be nothing for her ... So maybe careful!)

Through the gag reflex, the salivary glands are vigorously activated (the lacrimal glands, by the way, so, it's not pure pleasure). The abundantly flowing saliva flushes the nasty bacilli, which just want to get over the almonds, into the stomach, where they die in agony in the stomach acid.

When done three times in a row, the sore throat is practically over. If not, you can do the procedure after one hour
to repeat. And it is not only effective, but fortunately also completely free!
