  6. Just before the potatoes are cooked, add the sliced ​​yolk to the pot and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Then it is seasoned with pepper, salt and a little nutmeg and everything is gently pureed.
  8. Finally, just add sour cream (sour cream or crème fraîche) and serve garnished with the young yolk leaves. Finished!
