This heavenly raspberry puff dessert tastes delicious and refreshing on hot days.

Ingredients for about 10 servings

  • Frozen 300 g cream wind bag
  • 1 kg of lean quark
  • 1 can of milkmaid
  • 500 g fresh or frozen raspberries

preparation

  1. Mix the quark with the milk girl with a blender.
