This mascarpone strawberry dessert tastes almost like spaghetti ice cream!
ingredients
- 500 g of low-fat quark
- 500 g mascarpone
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 1/2 cups cream
- 750 g fresh or frozen strawberries
- white couverture at will
preparation
- Cream almost stiff sleep.
- Stir quark, mascarpone, lemon juice, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Fold in the cream carefully.
- Clean strawberries and puree. Depending on how sweet the berries are, you can add some powdered sugar.
- Pour the mascarpone cream into a shallow bowl and spread the strawberry puree over it.
- Grate the white couverture and spread on the strawberry puree.
- For a buffet, you can also layer the whole beautiful in small glasses and decorate with small mint leaves.
