Ice cream cake - very simple: there are already recipes for ice cream cakesbut they are very different, so I put it in anyway.
ingredients
So you need a bought or home-baked cake bottom.
Further ingredients:
- 12 sheets of gelatine
- 500 ml orange juice (or any juice)
- 1 L vanilla ice cream
preparation
- Soak the gelatine in a little water, heat the juice over medium heat (do not boil) and dissolve the expressed gelatin in it.
- Now spoon the ice cream into the warm juice and let it melt, then mix the melted mixture well. Allow this mixture to cool and solidify.
- When the cream is firm, stir frothy with a Pürrierstab or mix.
- Add a cake ring to the bottom of the cake and spread the cream on the ground and smooth over or dome-shaped and decorate as desired.
- You can also taste it without cake ring depends on the consistency of the cream. Served well chilled, this ice cream cake tastes not only in the summer.
