Irish flag
A bit of peppermint liqueur into the shot glass (maybe a finger wide), just as much Baileys on top of it a bit Irish whiskey. The drinks do not mix and you have a nice tricolor drink, reminiscent of peppermint chocolate bars in the taste.
It works best if you pour the liquid over a (turned) teaspoon. And the tri-color works only with the original Baileys, in the other mixes everything (it tastes anyway).
