Italian Conchiglie after mediterranean-oriental way

This time I have for you an interesting recipe for Conchiglie Mediterranean-oriental way. The word "Conchiglie" comes from the Italian and means "shellfish".
Ingredients for one person
- 100g Conchiglie (mussel noodles)
- 1/2 tin of sardines (preserved in olive oil)
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
- 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
- 1 pinch of curry powder, turmeric, ginger powder, ground lemongrass and paprika (rosenscharf)
- 1 stick of celery
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- oil
- some leaves of basil (roughly chopped)
- some leaves of parsley (roughly chopped)
preparation
- Cook the pasta for 10 minutes in 1 liter of water.
- Slice zucchini and celery, cut avocado into pieces.
- Sauté the vegetables in oil and soy sauce for about 5 minutes with pine nuts and flaxseed.
- Mix pasta well with all remaining ingredients.
