  • 500 g (brown) mushrooms: clean and halve
  • 500 g leek (leek): clean, wash, cut into rings or half rings

  • 2 cups of cream (or soy cream for nutrition-conscious - tastes just like cream, but unfortunately a bit more expensive)
  • 100 ml vegetable stock or white wine
  • Possibly. Sauce binder (flour, potato flour or similar)
  • Mountain cheese (or milder cheese) for baking

preparation

  1. Salt and pepper the minced beef, sauté in a little oil (one minute per side is enough) and place in a casserole dish.
  2. Sauté the vegetables, deglaze with white wine or broth, cook a little. Add cream. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, possibly bind. Pour over the minced schnitzel and grate the cheese.
  3. Bake in oven at 180 ° C convection or 200 ° C under / over heat, bake for about 15 minutes.
  4. To taste spätzle or rice and a colorful salad.

The schnitzel do not have to be seared beforehand, only the baking time is extended in this case by about twenty minutes.

It also works with chicken breast fillet (then takes about 35 minutes in the oven) or beef minute schnitzel.

For several people, spread the meat on the plate, steamed vegetables on it, dribble over a spoonful of sauce, baked with cheese. The rest of the sauce should be served separately.
