Kale with a difference and super delicious
Ingredients: approx. 2.5 kg of hard-boiling potatoes. 2 packets of mats, 2 packets of frozen kale, 1 piece of Gouda for grating, 1 cup of cream, mustard, pepper salt.
Boil the kale with a little water and season well with Maggi, salt and pepper. Cook the potatoes with peel. Cut the meat ends small. First, the boiled kale in a casserole dish, then slices the Mettwurst, then season the sliced boiled potatoes with salt and pepper. Mix the cream with 3 tablespoons of mustard (maybe less), distribute well over everything. On top of that grated cheese, I take Gouda.
Bake everything for 25 minutes. 200 degrees.
