In times of general healthy nutrition, a recipe for lard may be a bit strange, but I think that sometimes you can sin. And it is also easy:

- Dice 750 g smoked fat bacon and fry in a pan.
- Finely dice the onions and add to the glassy fried bacon.
- When the lard is crisply fried, add a handful of marjoram and some pepper and pour the lard into small stoneware pots or heat-resistant jars with screw cap.
Store in the fridge. Tastes absolutely delicious on fresh bread and sprinkled with salt and pepper!
In pretty stoneware pot the lard is also a nice souvenir.
