Leftovers of goose, red cabbage and potatoes and sauce

If leftovers from the Christmas meal, you can make a delicious casserole for two to three people. The required quantities are 300g goose meat, 250g red cabbage and 4 potatoes.

The chopped casserole cubes come in an oven-proof form. Then the red cabbage is distributed, mixed with an onion in pieces and an apple, also crushed.

On top of that the chopped boiled potatoes.


The whole is moistened with a few spoons of leftover sauce.

The top layer consists of 3 tablespoons bread crumbs, 70 grams of mild grated cheese and 3 tablespoons of olive oil, mixed with cumin powder and paprika and 3 tablespoons sour cream, a little salt and pepper.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until the crust is brown.
